Basement Woodworks / ACCOLADES has a top notch customer service owner. Their website had a place to ask questions, but I never expected to hear from them within 30 minutes on a Sunday when they were closed. They did a last minute request for a plaque on my father’s urn which is required by the VA. I had the plaque I needed on Monday morning and we were ready for the 1:00 pm buriel.
